ALESON ITC hereby informs website users of its policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of users and customers which may be collected by browsing or contracting services or purchasing products through its website. In this respect, ALESON ITC guarantees compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, established in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Implementing Regulation of the LOPD (Personal Data Protection Law). Your use of this website implies your acceptance of this privacy policy.

2. Data collection, purpose and processing

ALESON ITC has a duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be made, either from sending an email or by completing the forms included on the website. In this respect, ALESON ITC will be considered to be responsible for the data collected through the means described above.

In turn, ALESON ITC informs users that the purpose of the processing of their collected data includes: handling requests made by users, inclusion in the contact database, provision of services and management of the commercial relationship.

Processing of personal data refers to the operations, steps and technical procedures carried out in an automated or non-automated manner which make it possible to collect, store, amend, transfer and carry out other actions on personal data. All personal data collected via the ALESON ITC website and therefore considered to entail the processing of personal data, will be included in the files reported to the Spanish Data Protection Agency by ALESON ITC.

3. Disclosure of information to third parties

ALESON ITC hereby informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third party organisations, unless the data transfer is in response to a legal obligation, or when the provision of a service entails the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case the data transfer to the third party will only be carried out when ALESON ITC has the user’s express consent.

4. Rights of the users

Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data enables interested parties to exercise a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. As long as the user's data is processed by ALESON ITC, users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and objection in accordance with the provisions of current legal regulations on the protection of personal data.

To exercise these rights, the user must send written notification, providing documentation proving their identity (ID or passport), to the following address: ALESON ITC, C / Jerónimo Roure 43, Edificio Cara al Port (UMIVALE), Torre Mar 4 o Puerta 2, 46520, Puerto de Sagunto, Valencia or the address that replaces it in the General Registry of Data Protection. This notification must include the following information: name and surname(s) of the user, the request being made, address and supporting data.

These rights must be exercised by the user. However, they may be exercised by another party only if he or she is a legally authorised representative of the user. In this case, documentation proving representation of the interested party must be provided.
